We're expanding our sales team to include more brilliance! This week, Audrea Coble joins our team as Director of Business Development.
Originally from Liberty, North Carolina, Coble has spent the past 21 years in The Golden State working in Business Development for the multi-family commercial industry, focusing on enterprise accounts. She is a board member on the Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) Bay Area, a committee chair for the California Chapter of the Professional Women in Building Council (PWB), and an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and its Women's Leadership Initiative in Los Angeles and Arizona. Audrea's reach is national, and we couldn't be more thrilled to bring her expertise in commercial and multi-family segments to our California Studio.
"I am very passionate about what I do! I love the development and design process and bringing cool places to live to every human on the planet."
When she's not on the road for events and meetings with clients, she enjoys being a Mom first and foremost.
"My four kids are my world! Well, I say four because I have a stepson I'm very close to... It's three, but really four."
Her second love: sports. They drive 99 percent of her conversations with friends and clients. She is biased towards all things Georgia football (Go Dawgs!), but can hang with any of them. Audrea also enjoys adventures with her lab, Bruce, and sending 500 memes a day to her best friend about plants they haven’t bought and houses they can't afford. Birds, music, all things British TV, and singing along to 80s and 90s rap also fall on her list of favorites. Last but certainly not least, she spends much of her time volunteering and has a special place in her heart for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
