Over the past few weeks, our studio has been overwhelmed with recognition and support from our clients and industry partners at awards shows and networking events all over the country. Bringing your design dreams to life is what we live for and because of the amazing opportunities our industry presents, we get to do that every day while making lasting friendships along the way.
2023 PCBC Gold Nugget Awards
Each year the Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC) hosts their annual event, where thousands of homebuilders, architects, trade vendors, investors, interior designers, and industry advisors come together in Anaheim, California, to network and celebrate each other’s successes. With the most dynamic turnout since the pandemic, PCBC attendees were able to gather without worry, allowing for a seamless weekend of education, development and the typical shenanigans!
Our very own CEO Kari Armstrong, COO Kate Pourhassanian, and Director of Business Development Melissa Auten represented Unscripted at the event last week and were thrilled to announce to our team that several of our projects made the Award of Merit list at the 2023 PCBC Gold Nugget Awards.

We were thrilled to receive news that seven of our projects with treasured client Rosewood Homes were finalists for the MAME Awards, presented by the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona. Two took home the gold!
