Hey there, design fans! Guess which Rockstars will be featured on HGTV’s hit series Rock the Block? Spoiler alert: it’s us! Hosted by popular carpenter, craftsman, and design expert Ty Pennington, the stakes will be raised to an all-time high as four teams of HGTV’s powerhouse pros prepare to face off in a home renovation battle for bragging rights—plus, a street named in their honor.
Unscripted is thrilled to announce that we’ve joined their 4th season, slated to premiere in Spring 2023. Our very own Risa Burke, Michelle Buster, Lisa Butler, and Stevie Dillman are each assigned to a home, where they’ll team up with a star-studded cast. The whole Unscripted family pitched in to work extra hard on this project—including Wendy Welsh, our model home Director of Design, with assistance from Commercial Director of Design Sven Wypyszyk, Interior Design Assistant Kinzel Maples, and, of course, Principals Kari Armstrong and Kate Pourhassanian.
Competitors will include renovation hot-shots Bryan and Sarah Baeumler from Renovation Island, deluxe design experts Michel Smith Boyd and Anthony Elle from Luxe for Less, farmhouse fanatic Jonathan Knight of Grammy®-nominated New Kids on the Block with high-end residential designer Kristina Crestin from Farmhouse Fixer, billion-dollar real estate broker and house-flipping expert Page Turner, and finally, contractor extraordinaire Mitch Glew from Fix My Flip.
The new season’s homes are built by Landmark Homes in Heron Lakes, a Hillside Commercial Group community in the charming small town of Berthoud, Colorado. We know what you must be wondering, though—who will be paired up with who?! You’re in luck, because we have your answers right here. The teams are (drumroll, please!):
