Celebrating 20 Years of Unscripted Interior Design at Our Annual All Staff Meeting

Each year, we host the Unscripted team for a week of fun, team-building, training and more during our annual All Staff Meetings! Our two Studios from California and Colorado come together and we get the chance to really collaborate, reflect, and forecast for the year, while we work hard and play even harder! However, this year was extra special because we had the privilege of celebrating 20 years of Unscripted Interior Design together and with favorite industry partners and friends — two whole decades of creativity, chaos, and killer design!
Day 1 ✨
We kicked off the week at our Colorado HQ where we gathered as a team and reflected on our accomplishments and growth from the year. So much to celebrate! We then headed to Pindustry for a happy hour filled with fun games, good food and drinks, and good conversation for a perfect team building event.
Day 2 ✨
On day two we started the day with in-office trainings, team lunch, and more before we loaded up the party bus before heading downtown for a surprise design tour at Colorado's famous Pupulus Hotel— the United States' first carbon-positive hotel!
In true Unscripted fashion we rode together in style - listening to our favorite songs, laughing, and dancing the whole way!
Our team was inspired as they made their way through the property and learned of the intentional and eco-conscious ways the hotel's design came to be. From the overall design inspired by Colorado's Aspen forests, and the way the hooded windows keep the building cool, to the repurposed wood that died of Beetle Kill in our very own Estes Park.
We finished the tour on their rooftop restaurant, Stellar Jay, where we mixed and mingled with the best view of the city as our backdrop over delicious food and drinks!
Day 3 ✨
Day three was all about celebration! Clients, consultants, and friends of Unscripted were invited to join our team at Principal and CVO, Kari Armstrong's award-winning home for a night we'll never forget! Tasty bites and flowing drinks from Biscuits and Berries were had while guests enjoyed each other's company and mingled with our team on a perfect evening, where we all celebrated Unscripted style!
We couldn't have asked for a better week to celebrate TWO DECADES of Unscripted and everything the brand represents - from all the good humans we've worked with and the great designs that have brought us here today!!
We reflected on where we've been, where we are now, and where we're headed and trust us when we say - we're just getting started!!
