Long before this community took shape, this land was home to Anna, the original homesteader. Today, her legacy lives on through a masterplan rooted in history, connection, and belonging.
The clubhouse reimagines the original homestead with historic family photographs, salvaged materials from the 1880s barn, Western-inspired details, and natural textures that create a warm, lived-in feel.
Beyond its doors, The Coop and backyard beer garden extend that spirit outdoors, with the neon rooster serving as a playful centerpiece for gathering, sharing stories, and creating traditions.
Together, these spaces bring Anna’s legacy to life, connecting past and present through a community built around belonging—one gathering at a time.
