This build-to-rent community is surrounded by sweeping meadows filled with tall grasses, flowers, and native Texas butterflies, which inspired its name—and our design. We incorporated a butterfly motif throughout the interiors, truly bringing the outdoors in with art collages and vibrant colors that are found in native butterfly species. The ultimate goal was to design an expansive clubhouse in a modern natural style that can be used for parties, friendly gatherings, and remote working in this lively new community. We balanced the open-concept plan with warm finishes and textures, clean lines, and a palette of inviting, dynamic colors found in nature—because a strong connection with nature promotes a strong sense of well-being.
